I have a license from xilinx but when I am in ISE 14.7 and go to help Manage Xilinx Licenses nothing happens. I am now running into the issue that it's looking for a license and can't find one as shown in the 'Capture.PNG' attachment. When I first ran ISE 14.7 it would fail due to a 'pn.exe issue', I found a solution for this by going to the properties of ISE 14.7 and changing the path from 'nt 64' to 'nt' which appeared to fix the 'pn.exe issue'. I have ISE 14.7 installed with window 10 as my OS.
Thanks for the help! Hi All, I am having a similar issue. I copied the lic file to C.Xilinx folder (I have attached the file). I have tried to run it from the exe files, and drop down menu in ISE with no luck. The message says that the license configuration manager will launch but it does not. I ran ISE.exe but received a license not found error. I have downloaded and installed ISE 14.7 and received the Lic file via email. Xilinx Design Tools program is not accessible from windows programs, it installed as exe files in the Xilinx folder.
